Ternary Liquid Analysers – 9500 Series
Product Description
The key issue when gauging two components in a liquid is that the speed at which sound travels will be different for either (at the same temperature). This makes it difficult to determine whether the concentration of liquid one or two is changing. However, the 9500 series analysers are able to determine both concentrations by measuring the speed of sound and conductivity, or otherwise the speed of sound and the density of the liquid, at the same time.
Key Benefits
- Low cost of ownership
- High degree of accuracy and reproducibility
- Completely maintenance free
- No reagents required
- On site with no moving parts
- High-end software technology that is easy to operate
- Colour display
- Data logging
- Supports various communication protocols, including Modbus, Profibus & HART
Ultrasonic Process Concentration Analyser – 8500 Series
Product Description
The RHOSONICS Model 8500 is the newest and most powerful instrument to measure the composition of industrial liquids. Thanks to the innovative electronics and sensor design, continuous in-line monitoring of diluted solutions is now possible with an extreme accuracy, virtually no maintenance and without moving or degrading parts. Model 8500 operates with the UMP or UFTC series of probes, available with several process connections and materials such as 316L, Hastelloy and PEEK.
Key Benefits
- Very low cost of ownership
- High accuracy and reproducibility
- Maintenance free
- No cleaning needed
- No moving parts
- No reagents
- Insitu, spool and wafer sensor technology
- High-end software technology, easy to operate
- Colour graphics touch screen display
- Datalogging
- Various communication protocols, like Modbus
Ultrasonic Slurry Analyser – 9600 Series
Product Description
The 9600 Series with its wafer-type sensors are easy to install. The intrusion of sensors is undesirable in slurries due to their high solids content; our sensors do not have to be mounted intrusively. A second major advantage is that Rhosonics doesn’t use a nuclear source, unlike many slurry thickness measurement devices. This makes 9600 series the leading choice when it comes to measuring TSS, TDS, or density of slurries in a wide range of applications, such as mining slurries, cement and drilling mud.
Key Benefits
- Very low cost of ownership
- High accuracy and reproducibility
- Maintenance free
- No reagents needed
- In situ, no moving parts
- High-end software technology that is easy to operate
- Data logging
- Supports various communication protocols, including Modbus, Profibus & HART
